So I guess they've finally spelled it out that everyone dead. I guess the island is some sort of purgatory or hell?

What's the whole bit with the pregnant women then? No life can be created in purgatory or hell maybe?

The last couple episodes have been much better. The storyline is picking up and moving faster. Last episode they didn't even spend any time on flashbacks which is much better!

what?!?! I haven't seen very much of Lost because the second season was weird for me. But they finally answered some questions?? Wow.

Yes! finally after dragging it on for so long they actually answered a question.

This season is definitely much better than the last. I don't like "the others". They are weird!

No, they never said it was hell/purgatory. Even though Naomi mentioned that everyone on flight 815 was supposed to be dead, she admitted that they weren't dead 9(because she also wasn't dead).

The writers would never address the actual meaning of the island until the end. This was probably one way of addressing a common theory, but not actually admitting if it's true or not.

Also, if they were in purgatory, how would Penelope be able to send a ship to them?

I can't wait to see last night's episode! I got it recorded, but haven't had a chance to watch yet. Looks like some stuff shall be revealed!

I agree this season is WAY better than the previous one. I didn't know the show is ending in 2010. Do they have it all mapped out? Last week I thought they were in hell/purgatory too. I guess I was tricked. :)

This week's episode answered a lot of questions but also introduced a bunch of new things. Are there ghosts on the island?

I personally think it's a smart move by ABC. One of the weaknesses of Lost is you always felt like they were endlessly dragging it on. By assuring the audience that the show will end, I think more people will be willing to watch.
