Soo...in March I decided I needed to lose 20lbs to feel good in my dress! I did that! However the light eating stayed with me so as of this morning I have officially lost 40lbs since March! VERY excited about this! I'll always been a
plus size diva but I do feel better!
Now the funny part......How I noticed that I have definitley lost weight was last weekend I went to my cousins 40th bday party. I threw on some cute jeans and a top and went. Well at the party I danced for most of the night and never got tired!
Then one of my aunts said...."girl married life is working for you, you look great!" So then I realized that #1 I was wearing jeans that I hadnt wore since 2009! #2 I hadnt danced in a long time because my back would hurt or something! And there I
was dancing the night away and no pain! So in my excitement I have to surpise my hubby (who loves to dance) with a club outing and out dance him! LOL
Honestly have not been dieting though! I have just been eating much lighter! No sweets except my occasional gummy bear fettish takes over! Low carb choices more often then not! I havent worked out which if I did l would really
lose some weight! But I have been parking farther, taking stairs and mini walks when the option is there! I also didnt set any goals..like i want to lose 10lbs by this date or that date! Just steady and slow and its coming off! So yay for 40lbs
down!
