Is anyone doing the Make a Wish Take a Wish Jar? If so what are the directions behind this. I saw it in a mag a while back and though the idea was cute!

Any suggestions on making some?

Jackie~ what did you put as far as a phrase of direction (on the frame). I am doing a wihsing tree and wanted to put a little phrase that sounded cute (both in english and spanish).

it says:

These cards are for our wedding book
A modern twist on the standard look

Take one to the table and fill it out
Giving good wishes is what it's all about

But weddings are more than rings and tossed rice
So please feel free to give some advice

Then when our wedding day has passed
We'll have great memories that will last

For when we look at them we'll see
Kind words from our friends and family

That is so cute!! I love it!

I have to come up with something like that. I will be working on wishing tree tags and message this weekend.

This reminds me of the kissing tree. With the kissing try, guests go up to a "tree" (usually branches in a pot or something) and pull a little tag off. They must open the tag and perform the task in order to get the bride and groom to kiss. Stuff like making the whole table of the person who pulled the tag sing a song in honor of the bride and groom. Little stuff like that. It sounds great for a smaller wedding and it will get everyone having fun.
