If you could change ONE thing about your wedding day, anything, what would it be?

I would change my hair style. Since my hair is naturally straight it can't hold a curl for anything and by the end of the night it was looking like HOT MESS. I would of gone with the simular look but maybe something with a lot more braids.

More time for pictures/me remembering some of the props that I had brought for pictures. Oh well, life goes on. lol

Not having a vow renewal and a wedding just doing it once

The ONLY thing I would have changed would have been making sure the florist did our tall centerpieces right. I paid SOO much money for them, and they were teeny tiny. But - to be honest that was IT, everything else was perfect :)

I would have taken pics before the ceremony, that I Mcould have enjoyed my reception a little more!!!

The only thing I would change is to follow my instincts on a couple things - namely the flow of the reception. Our venue opened up the food stations (against my initial hesitation and push-back) while we were taking photos. By the time the bridal party made their way inside, everyone was done eating and I felt like there was some lag time. We didn't get to eat and just made our way around to the tables. Not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things, but I really wish I had stuck to my guns on that one!

My dress! I would change my dress!

I would of spent more time with my out of town guests at my Welcome Reception/Rehearsal :( I was so busy overseeing every single aspect of my reception the night before (such as picking out my uplighting and adjusting the placement of my cocktail tables) that I didn't get the chance to properly thank them for coming! I ended up leaving after my rehearsal and briefly greeting my family members. Thank God that my mother & mother-in-law stepped up and explained why I was MIA :-/ I should of calmed down and enjoyed the moment more instead of obsessing about all the little details. For my vow renewal, I will focus more on my guests and less on decor...lol!

Marrieds to be: Make sure to ENJOY every single moment associated with your wedding and please try NOT to get caught up in all the "little" things. Trust me! Everything will work out so you don't need to obsess about the placement of your guest book or the amount of tea lights on each table...lol!
