First, don't bother trying to find the legal card stock. It is impossible. Here is the EASY way to do it I made a word version of the "welcome" with the page set at 11x17 size, I made 3 table columns with the word welcome in the outer 2 at the top of the page and a third column in the middle was twice the width of the side margins (so when cut in half they would be even). Turn that into a pdf, and submit it online to Kinko's. Select card stock in the options, and select to be cut in half. You pick it up 2 hrs later and they are PERFECT!! (If you want me to send you my PDF, I am happy to) For the hole, I bought a circle hole punch (needs to be really big) For the inside stuff, I just bought card stock in pretty colors (dark purple, green and blue for me) and I am mounting the printed map on one, printing an itinerary on one, and a list of local attractions on the third.
