Any suggestions? FI is a big fan of Mexican food, me too, so I thought it would be a good choice for our luncheon after the ceremony. We are both from Michigan but  he has spent a fair amount of time in the Southwest so something more authentic would be good. With awesome frozen drinks. And if it was right near the Strip, even better. Thanks gals!

OMG.... I was just googling this yesterday! I want a mexican reception, I call my mom the other day and she was like does everyone eat mexican (ie - Fi's family). I told her I didn't care... lol! Are you reading my thoughts?

I don't have any rec's... but mom & I are trying to plan a scouting trip out there, so hopefully we'll find something yummy! 

I got an email from this Mexican Restaurant trying to see if we wanted to use them for our rehersal dinner...and I think we actually will! Their menu looks GREAT, pricing is fair. They even have buffets for large parties and cater too I think.
