Mini Chandeliers..

Alright ladies, I need your help! I'm trying to fnd 3-4 mini chandeliers for around $30 a piece? I'd like clear ones. I want them to hang in our reception hall and have some billowing tulle and twinkle lights around them! I know you girls won't let me down!

I'm also looking for cheaper crystal curtains? Any site recommendations???

some people spray painted thiers, others strung pearls, added ribbons or other jewels/beads
