my new goal in life is to find (OR learn how to run a sewing machine and make) a damask ring bearer pillow and matching flower girl basket.  It is so funny that you found that pic because it was the only damask pillow I could find yesterday in my rampage of obsession...

Soon2B,

That is the only one I have came across as well. It is a little expensive for a pillow in my opinion. Though I have the 8x8 demensions that the company used..so I might use that to make my own. I have to admit I have had a sewing machine for a few years now, but haven't used it. I bought it one day thinking I was going to learn how to sew and make all kinds of things and it just did not happen. So, a few years later the sewing machine sits in the closet unused. Though now would be a good time for me to learn how to use it. It can't be that hard right?

I agree that it is pricy!  I've done a little digging on online instructions for sewing a square pillow - and they all indicate that it is one of the more simple projects for a novice... I bought a "Sewing Genie" a few years back and bumbled around with it, I think I will pull it out and see if I can manage something!
