Does anyone recommend an accurate mortgage calculator that factors PMI, Property Tax, and Home Insurance?

I want to know exactly how much I need to set aside each month so I can determine what I can actually afford.   I know there's that debt ratio but I'd rather know how much I will be spending per mth..

I came across this link, but would anyone be able to tell me if it's accurate or close to accurate?  and if not, any recommendations?

Thanks!

My dad just showed me one that was really great, and now I can't find it! I'll hunt around a little and come back soon!

It was pretty accurate for me. It came out only $35 less than I actually pay per month for the mortgage, property taxes, and insurance.

I couldn't find one online that really estimated it all, I got ours from our mortgage banker.  You could do a pre-approval and they could tell you how much house you can afford based on how much you want to spend for all those items combined.  It really helped us out.  Mortgage calculators usually only take into account the price of the house.

Try this one and click - Mortgage Qualifier, and you can enter all the options.
