My Progress

Last month I made a post talking about how I lost 6 pounds last month. Typically, we eat out 5 to 7 days a week. We are a busy family and it is hard to make a home cooked meal.

Well, last month, we made the effort to cook at home. This is how I lot the 6 pounds. It was great. Well, the past few days have been super hectic and I have not been feeling well. Hence, we ate out.

I know, shame on me. We all fall off the wagon sometimes, but the most impiortant thing is to get back on the horse and keep chugging along. And that is what I am going to do. I'm not going to let these past few days discourage me. I'm determined to get back on track.

Great attitude!  No one's going to be perfect all the time, the key is getting right back into it after slipping up.

no worries, you'll definitely get back on track!

and sometimes eating out just can't be avoided. what helps me is to go into the restaurant with a plan to pick the healthiest option. if the menu of the restaurant is online, i'll look at it and make my choice even before i get to the restaurant! when in doubt, i choose the fish (as long as it's not fried!)

I'm with Lorienne -- no matter how many time you fall off the wagon or "fall down" getting back on "or up" is what counts.  Its hard changing your lifestyle.  Takes a lot of dedication and patience.  But you can DO IT!!!!!

yeah, i def. have fallen off the wagon ever since our wedding.  sucks b/c i leave for Jamaica in 3 weeks and will it if i don't feel comfortable in my two piece.  i am going to start all over again today and stop slacking.  it is SO easy to slack when you don't have a wedding dress to try to get into or if you don't have to think about how you are going to look on your wedding day b/c that day has passed.

Keep going! =) I was also trying to make the month of November as the fresh start to healthier eating and getting fit...You can do it.
