Last month I made a post talking about how I lost 6 pounds last month. Typically, we eat out 5 to 7 days a week. We are a busy family and it is hard to make a home cooked meal.
Well, last month, we made the effort to cook at home. This is how I lot the 6 pounds. It was great. Well, the past few days have been super hectic and I have not been feeling well. Hence, we ate out.
I know, shame on me. We all fall off the wagon sometimes, but the most impiortant thing is to get back on the horse and keep chugging along. And that is what I am going to do. I'm not going to let these past few days discourage me. I'm
determined to get back on track.
