Love it!

I use it daily on my phone and computer. It allows me to track daily calorie intake. complete with a barcode scanner and item lookup. (which so far has everything I've searched) It also shows me the breakdown of % values I should have daily. That way Ican balance carbs, calories, protien, fats, sodium etc. At the end of the day I check where I was and see how I can improve in the future! I even had a weight loss tracket in my bio. It also tells me if I continue eating like this I should weigh 'x amount' by 'x date'

Who's got it...lets be fitness pal friends!?

always easier to diet with a friend!

I'm going crazy over this website.  I used it for the first time last week and when I weighed in today, I dropped 7.5lbs!   I love it and its my new best friend!

I was using this website too but I wasn't losing any weight on it. :(  It kept telling me I had to eat all of the calories that I burned but I just felt like that is defeating the purpose...lol.  What is your calorie goal set to and do you eat all the calories that you burn?

I love love love this site! I have a profile, but now that Im a nursing mom, I don't want to cut calories, once I stop nursing I'll be active on the site again!

I use livestrong.com. It has a weight tracker, calorie tracker, fitness tracker, and you can also track lifestyle goals like reducing anxiety and taking your multivitamin. It tracks sodium, protein, carbs, cholesterol, and fat. It also tracks water intake, which I find helpful.

You can group often eaten foods into meals. I made on for my daily oatmeal; cranberries, sliced almonds, and old fashioned oats. That way you don't spend an hour on the site just tracking the food you eat.

My only problem with this site is that it estimates the calories you burn for your height, weight, and lifestyle and adds whatever you burn from exersize. That doesn't sync up with the other parts of the calorie counter, so I just disreguard it and track all of my activities in the fitness section, even sleeping and sex. It seems to make the charts show the proper amount.

I've been on MFP for about 2 weeks now.  I've lost 3lbs.  I'm in such a see saw state right now.  Craziness!

I am "stitchinggirl", if you want to look for me.

I'm on there as aylawill. I'm not very active right now since I've been really busy with planning, packing (moving next week), and work (5 1/2 days left). I'm planning on logging on more after the wedding, though, so feel free to add me!
