Need advice, urgent!!!

Here is my dress I will have a sparkly headband and plan on wearing earrings. I'm wondering if a necklace is too much. Or what kind of necklace I should look for. I was looking at illusion pearl and crystal necklaces. But I'm worried it will be too much.

First of all, welcome to PW!  Second of all, what a gorgeous dress!  Third of all, let me answer your question.

I think how sparkley the headband and earrings will determine what kind of necklace you need.  I do think that you need a necklace with your dress since it's a sweetheart neckline with no straps or sleeves.  I think a crystal and pearl illusion necklace will be positively gorgeous with it, so you should be fine.

My bridal look included a headband, necklace, and earrings with ivory pearls and Swarovski crystal beads and a dress with a square neckline.  I purposefully chose my headband to coordinate with my necklace, and I think it turned out quite pretty.  In order to even out the look, I chose simple earrings that went with the other two pieces without creating an overwhelming look, so keep that in mind as you're making your decision.

Welcome to PW!! I LOVE your dress! Seriously gorgeous. I would love to see your headband, like moore said, that will almost determine what kind you wear. I agree that you probably need one because of all the open space! Generally, the only time you would leave a necklace off is when it would detract from any elegant beadwork or if you already had a lot going around the neckline, which you don't.

I think the dress is gorgeous! If you're going with sparkly, pearls will probably not look great because you might have too much going on. Try a gentle silver necklace! 

Hey there and welcome!!! I seriously think it's up to you! You dress is gorgeous and your neckline looks great without a necklace! If it's a pretty dainty headband and earrings, a necklace would look fine. Probably just a simple bling necklace? But my vote is to keep your neck bare because your dress is so gorgeous!!!!!

here is a picture I found on weddingbee of a bride with no necklace and I think it looks gorgeous! I loved my statement necklace, but if I were to do it again, I would go no necklace :)

I think it really depends on you.  Do you always wear a necklace?  Would it feel weird to NOT have a necklace?  (For me, both those answers are yes.)  However, to answer the question, I think an illusion necklace would be beautiful with a sparkly headband and earrings.  You should be fine.  Give us a pic when you've got it all together!

See, if you are wearing big earing with lots of bling.... I would advice not to wear the necklace. That would be too much...
