I am loving all of this encouragement!!!! I read every single comment to my fiance because I love every word! Thank you to all you weight watchers members for all the advice for following the program! Its hard but I know it will be worth it. And
I know that I can do it when i'm eating healthy for ME..not just for others to see. Many times I would eat more when i'm by myself at home because there was no one there to judge me...but I'm following my points no matter whose watching or whose
around! Example...i'm home by myself today and I have a V8 drink, 2 egg whites, and 2/3 cup of special K for breakfast...AND I did level 1 of jillian michaels 30 day shred! Doing this in my home with no one to push me..all on my own..is a huge
improvement for me.
And NicoleJade, thank you so much for your kind words, telling me i'm a beautiful lady :-) It means a lot! I just need to get in shape and FEEL better about myself!

Weight loss is very hard. Maybe weight watchers isnt for you some diets are like that. Or maybe you havent found your portion control amounts as of yet. I agree with the other ladies it takes time and a lot of patience.
It took me an entire year but I was able to do it. I still dont have my superstar body but I work at it everyday. I can tell you this, your body knows everything you do. So you may want or lust after certain foods and your body
realizes that. Whatever your body doesnt get in nutrients it feed off of whatever it has gotten. The liver then stores whatever you input into your body as fats. Thats if your body is not getting the needed nutrients. Drink a lot of
water I mean try drinking at least 5 bottle water per day. That accounts for 10 glasses of water. Also, find a partner thats willing to encourage you and not someone thats skinny and will get you depressed. Know the difference between good
and bad fats and carbs. You can follow the fad diets that says carbohydrates are not good but its the best energy reserve for the body, next is protein then fats. So always keeps that in mind. FInd food that are enjoyable to you, not
just diet foods that you want to eat to lose weight. Another advice I would give you is cook, instead of using the frozen dinners, try buying all naturals fruits and veggies. It makes a difference and one last thing is use olive oil
instead of vegetable or other oils. CUT OUT SUGAR AND SALTS! Last advice is to have fun and dont stress or pressure yourself. If you need any help im always here to talk and just offer encouragement. PM me and remember set realistic
