If you like Spaghetti squash... yummy!!  I tweaked some things like I used the kalamata olives and added spinach and capers for some tang.....mmmmm even DH a veggiphobic ate a huge helping!!!

I don't believe I have ever tasted spaghetti sauce.  I'll have to try this after we get through the storm.  : )

thanks for bumping this thread!  I forgot about it and ended up making it again after seeing the bump!  Quick bit of advice- put your spaghetti squash in a pot with about 2 inches of water and put a lid on it- bring to a boil and let simmer for about 15 minutes.  You can cut the squash and not have to count your fingers after to make sure they are all there!
