I picked up my reserved copy on Sunday. The first Wii game I have bought since Wii Fit last year. I LOVED Super Mario World for SNES - it was my favorite video game and still is so I had to get this when it came out. Played for a bit Sunday night between the 4:00 & 8:00 football games with a few of our friends in the co-op mode which I can't decide if I like or not. It seemed like a bit of a cluster-f if you kwim. Too much going on and leaving players behind makes them die so I think I will love it more if I play as a single player or maybe w/ just Mario and Luigi without the toads. Too bad my wedding is coming up fast so I probably won't be getting much playing in, but I'm excited to delve into it after the wedding is over :)

Well, that lets me know that I definitely can't play it two-player with my FI. He has no patience and will leave me behind for sure! We're planning to buy it this weekend. I was also addicted to Super Mario World for SNES...I think I beat the game at least 10 times because I just kept playing it again and again. We just bought Super Mario Galaxy for the Wii a few weeks ago and I'm enjoying it right now.

@ Moon - My favorite thing was beating all 96 levels to get the gold star and turn all the characters weird like the pumpkin headed turtles and stuff!

I ordered it today from Toysrus online....I have to wait until christmas to hook up the wii, it's a present for the ummm.....er...kids...lol

I just got this and LOVE it... I haven't played it with 2 players yet as DH isn't a huge mario fan (his loss)

I love mine. It's pretty funny when there's 4 people playing, bc we're all over each other,. bouncing off each others heads! I think I like it best with 2 players. It's a really great game

FI and I are on the last stage in world 8...we are having a difficult time beating the boss.  Then we need to start the game all over and make sure we get all of the Star coins, because it will create world 9.

We have almost finished this game within 5 days.

Love the game! DH beat it in three nights though lol. He goes through games so fast!
