New Week

So this week I was up a little again, but I know where I went wrong and why.  I was totally aware of every calorie that went in my mouth.  I was totally aware of every night I didnt walk.  So new week, new me.  The only thing that I can do what is right.  :)

Goals this week: Walk on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday.

                       Stay within my points, no exercise points and only 15 flex points

 

Anyone else?  How are we doing and what are our goals?

Last week was great :)  Posted my update... so won't re-post here.

Goals for this week:

  • Monday/Wed/Fri: 30 min cardio only
  • Tues/Thurs: 45 cardio, plus 30-day-shred video
  • DRINK at least 4 bottles of water (64 oz)
  • Caloric intake at MAX 1400

last week wasn't the best week for me either, mcbirnie, so i feel ya! but i did try my best to make up for it with three great workouts over the weekend, and i'm feeling very positive about the coming week!

my goals are to be active every day, not make any excuses, get a good night's sleep every night, make good eating choices and drink more water!

I weigh in at Weight Wathers every Saturday morning.  This way i have my fleax for the weekend and a whole week to make amends if necesary.  :)  Also the Saturday morning leader is super motivating.  I always leave there like hte most powerful person in the world that can do ANYTHING!!!
