So this week I was up a little again, but I know where I went wrong and why. I was totally aware of every calorie that went in my mouth. I was totally aware of every night I didnt walk. So new week, new me. The only thing
that I can do what is right. :)
Goals this week: Walk on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday.
Stay within my points, no exercise points and only 15 flex points
Anyone else? How are we doing and what are our goals?
