I too bought a new washer & dryer and never posted them here.  I actually got them on the Monday before Thanksgiving, but Home Depot had already started Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals!  Mine were $599 each, normally $999 each.  AND I got the matching pedestals for $99 each (those are usually $279 each and very rarely on sale!).  Cannot wait until they come on 12/8!!  They are steam, have all kinds of cool features (dryer sensor turns the dryer off when clothes are dry, plays a little melody when its finished, sanitizing settings, etc. etc).  Here they are (the color is called Oxide):

It's so funny, I told my mom on Black Friday that I so wish we were in the market for new appliances. I have never seen such amazing deals! I will definitely be keeping that in mind for the future...

I just got a call that they are a little back-ordered :/  They said they will be delivered Saturday.  I know it's only a few days later, but that sucks...I have waited long enough!!

DH is not going to be happy about this.  He works the graveyard shift on Saturday night so he sleeps during the day.  The laundry room is right next to the bedroom and I am sure he won't be able to sleep through the installation.  Hopefully he doesn't make me move it back even further!
