I'm wondering where everyone in the NJ/NY are planning on having their wedding.

I still haven't made a decision yet on my place. I have a few places narrowed down but it's hard making a decision. I still plan on looking some more but I'd really like to have a place picked out by the end of January. I want to get that out of the way so I can relax a little and slowly starting planning other stuff. As of now I like:

Smoke Rise Village

Smoke Rise Village is very pretty, and I'm actually going to a wedding at the Lake Valhalla Club next weekend. I'll let you know how it is! I've heard it's absolutely beautiful.

I'm having my reception at The 76 House in Tappan, NY. It's a restaurant that's been in business since 1668.

Based on the places you like, also check out the Indian Trails Country Club in Franklin Lakes (or Oakland, I can't remember which), and the Ramsey Country Club. A few others: Crystal Springs in Vernon, the Stone House in Warren, and Perona Farms in Sparta.
