Im looking for a place that does a No-Chip manicure near the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. I only know of 1 place, but its located in the Loop,which I would like to avoid. Can any of you girls recommend a place?

Silly question, but what is a no-chip manicure? One that will last for a long time? Or is that a type?

They use some type of light and special polish that hardens on the nail. Its suppased to not chip for weeks and it also thickens the nail so that it won't break. I imagine that when its removed the nails are still weak though.

Okay, I know Round Lake isn't so close, but when I returned from getting engaged in  Arizona I went for a mani/pedi at Platinum Nails, and honestly this was the BEST & longest lasting one I have ever gotten.
