No Motovation

I have like ZERO motivation! Except when I look in a mirror. I'm not huge or anything but I'm starting to pack on the pounds and it's getting irritating. I bought Zumba for XBox Kinect and I've done it once but it's hard to keep doing it when I have no one to do it with and the FI refuses.

So here's the plan. Every night I'm going to go on a walk around our neighborhood with our doggie. Then 3 nights a week I will do Zumba. NO MATTER WHAT! To track myself and keep me motivated I will write about it everyday on my blog (mywayoflovingyou.blogspot.com). That way it's out there for all the internet to see and I'll have to keep at it so I don't seem like a fatty fat.

If you have any ideas about how to help keep motivated or helpful work out hints please let me know :)

I think its a great idea to blog your workouts, it holds you accountable.

Sounds like we are on the same boat. I wanted to start my workout regime the start of the year but that never happened! :( I dont have a lot of lbs to shed but I am gaining slowly but surely. When I get home the only thing I do is eat, watch TV and go to bed.

I dont know what to do it get motivated again? My wedding  and honeymoon is about 4months away I want to be in tip top shape!

i have no motivation either.  :(  i have a year until the wedding, but i have a lot to lose.  i was hoping if i get started now i'll shed a good amount consistantly.  stupid FI doesn't need to loose any!!  lol
