I went to ShaneCo.  I have heard mixed reviews about them, but I had a really really good experience.

FI had my e-ring custom-designed with Redstart Design, they're going to design our wedding bands as well! Love them, they're lots of fun and very creative.

We actually visited jewelry center today (Derco) and had a pretty good experience. They were very busy though and the store was crowded, it took a while until they actually had someone to help us. We would like to keep our options open and maybe visit 1 or 2 more store.

I bought mine at shane co. I am biased becuse I use to work for the company, but i wont buy or do my repairs anywhere else

Shane Co in Roseville, CA.  Great experience.  Such a great experience with the engagement ring, I couldn't think of buying our bands anywhere else.

FI spent about 7k for my 1.76 carat solitaire. Retail hits for 18k. It was appraised last month for 16k. Not bad, eh.

My e-ring was from Dover Jewelry out of Florida.
