nwr: Ran into my EX!

All I can say is YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FI and I live in a really small town that everyone knows EVERYONE! Seriously! We went to dinner last night at this great mexican restaurant that is a total hole in the wall... and low and behold my ex was there with the girl he cheated on me with! LOSER!

Anyone else have this happen infront of FI/DH???

luckly no... b/c they all live in other states :) But that sucks!!

no...but I am DREADING the day...as I know it is bound to happen eventually. ICK.

My FI's ex is a total stalker and told him a few months ago that she thought she wasn't over him yet!

I live in the same neighborhood as 4 of my ex, so me and my FI see them all the time. t's a weekly thing for me, weird at first, now it's whatever!

UGH!  He IS a loser!!! 

That hasn't happened to me yet (fortunately NYC is pretty big), but he will be at our mutual friend's 30th bday party.  Not looking forward AT ALL to seeing his dumba$$, but I have to be there for my friend, KWIM?

Yes. Like you Bri, I too live in a small town where everyone knows everyone, and everyone's business. I NEVER see my ex anywhere, but it always seems like he shows up at this one particular bar that my FI's band plays at. I don't go there often, so I don't know if it's his hangout or not. But everytime FI plays music there, guess who's there???

Oh no Bri! I have experienced this but it was a bit more embarassing. FI and I were shopping and I looked like sh*t cuz I got off work and didn't change and I saw my ex and his friend. I thought ok..I'll just ignore them and keep on walking....and then my ex SCREAMS my name out from 8 stores down...I . was . mortified.

FI asked me who those freaks were and I told him. We had a good laugh but I was so embarassed. As you can tell, my ex was not the most mature person..*shudder*.

Yes, but luckly I am friends with all my ex'es so it really doesnt matter whenever it happens...

HOWEVER if I ran into the one ex that did cheat on me out WITH the girl he cheated on me with I would probably laugh in both of their faces... lol

Yep! My ex and I used to attend the same college and he worked in the same building where I had classes.  FI and I were in the same class together at the time, so FI was holding me around my waist waiting for the elevator to go to our floor for class and *ding* lo and behold the doors open and there is the ex standing there.  FI totally ignored him, ex said "hi" to me and I said "hello." We got off the next floor (THANK GOODNESS)

I asked FI about it after the fact and he said he didn't care becuase it didn't matter to him because he loves me and I love him. 

I was irritated because seeing my ex brought back all those bad feeling and memories of my dumb @ss ex leaving me abandoned in a hospital bed.

Oh well :)
