NWR: Should I Cancel My Order?

This is a little silly, and I probably already know the answer, but last week (over a week ago) I placed an order on Amazon for mine and DH's Halloween costume. Obviously we need them by Saturday because that's when all the parties are. It said it would be delivered by today which would be perfect.

Anyways, on Amazon it still says "Shipping Soon." Right by that, it says "shipping status will not change your delivery by date," meaning it should still get here by the time it says. Well I messaged the seller yesterday making sure of that, and no answer. It still says shipping soon! WTH!?

Should I cancel my order? I want my money back if we're not going to get the costumes in time!! Isn't that wrong of this seller?!??! lol. I'm just confused. Or should I trust that it says delivery by date and just wait it out for the rest of the day?

Yes, I would try to cancel, you don't want to get a costume after Halloween!

I say cancel. I don't see how it will get to you in time if it hasn't shipped yet.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?ie=UTF8&nodeId=518316 click that, and on the right hand side, it says contact us. you'll have to type in your phone number & an amazon rep will call you back almost immediately from a blocked number. idk WHY amazon tries so hard to hide their number. but iv had to do that a few times!

I'd cancel or try to contact them. It's funny, I'm having a similar problem with an Amazon order that I placed recently too! Hope you manage to get iit resolved

Ahh, seriously Kelly? I wonder what's up!?! I already 'requested' cancellation, maybe I should contact amazon?

It's not an 'amazon seller' though. I mean it is on amazon, but it's from toynktoys or something like that... 'rasta imposta' costumes or something. lol. I'm drawing a blank!

haha sounds foreign! yea, regardless id try contacting amazon. im sure they have more insight on the issue then what you can see even if it was a private seller.
