I love all Aveda products!!! They smell amazing too. I also use John Freida Brilliant Brunette.

I alternate between Organix minty one, and pantene ... ice something? I am apparently really on it... lol.

I am glad I am not the only one who was very awkward when we combined accounts... My parents keep separate accounts, so I really didn't have anyone to ask about it, lol.

Aveda is my favorite splurge!! I should check out Neutrogena, as I use their naturals facewash and it does well for me.

And that drugstore shampoo article is pretty excellent!! Thanks gals!

Additionally, along the lines of Aveda, I love going to the Aveda training salon for spa-type services. Sometimes they are a little hit or miss, but you can't beat the cost and they use all Aveda products, which I adore! You can find one near you at http://aveda.edu/ hooray!

I use Dove 2 in 1 or Garnier Ultra Beauty with lemon and citrus oil. I love the smell of it. Dove works really gerat for my hair as I tend to have dry hair.Hubby use the same or sometimes Schauma for Men.

I love Dove, the smell is wonderful and my hair is always super soft. They are hard on any color-treated hair though, so make sure you get the special color-care version if you use Dove. I also love Herbal Essence....yum! I don't have any special hair issues though, so pretty much anything works for me. Except Bath and Body hair products - it smells divine but dried my hair out like no other, it was the worse I've ever experienced. So stay away from anything not strictly sold in the shampoo aisle!

I use Advanced Techniques or Tresemme (sp?) for colored hair.  HOWEVER, I learned a very valuable lesson a few weeks ago and got really upset.  I ran out of my shampoo and used DH's.  Well, the color started coming out of my hair not even a week after I colored it.  I could not figure out why until he asked me if I had used his shampoo and I was like DUH!  We also have well water and that is not great for hair coloring of any kind.  lol

I use Aveda - It's on the pricier side but I love it and it's worth for my oily hair.

Cost cutting tips, I recommend the Target red debit card if you're a Target shopper - you get 5% discount on all purchases and of course coupons. I just keep them in a folder in my car so that I always have them.
