That up and down can be so frustrating! But Sam is right, a four pound difference can definitely be water weight or anything. Don't weigh yourself too much! In the morning when you wake up is the best time. By the end of the day, that 144 can easily by 148.

The most annoying thing with weight loss is that everybody is different. So what works for somebody, might not work for you, or so on. That's why the medical field has all these different stories. It sucks, but you have to find what works for you!

I agree with Alycia, if you've been doing those videos, try switching it up to running 3 days, and heavy weight training 2 days (that's just an example), but you get the idea. Have fun, find something you love doing :)

I think that if you are worrying that much about the weight you need to cut out every sweet, but remember MUSCLE weighs more than fat.

I refuse to let a scale dictate how I look. If you like how you look than fine if not change it. If it is a number say screw it!!!

However, that is me and not you!
