You have mentioned a back support brace quite a few times on the board and i was wondering if you could recommend what worked for you!!!! Thanks mama!!!!!

But I never attached the top strap. If you go to a motherhood sore they will let you try them on right there and you can see if any of them give you relief I felt a difference right away
