I was out walking Chloe and we're about 20 feet behind this woman with her dog.  

And her dog poops, and I'm thinking 'hmmm, let's see if she bothers to pick that up'

Well, PICK it UP she DID!

With her BARE FREAKING HANDS! ! ! ! !   

OMG

She picked it up and tossed it into the ditch. 

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWWW

Then when that same hand she took the dogs leash. . .so now she has a poopy hand leash.

OMG EEEEEEEEEWWWW

hahaha! OMG we were pulling out of the apartment complex a few weeks ago and saw this woman catching the poo as it came out! It was so gross!

that's gross! we have a guy in my neigborhood that does that but he's blind so he feels for the poop with his bare hands then when he finds it he wips out the bag.
