Yay! Let's do it. I weighed myself this morning and was not happy, so that is my starting point.
I am the same way; total stress eater and drinker. My FI and I are not drinking anymore and stopped eating cheese. We are really good about no fried food and fast food already, so it is really just cheese and desserts that we needed to get rid
of.
As far as healthy snack, I am a huge fan of fruit. I buy grapes, wash and pre-bag them every week for work. Plus, I buy apples and take them to work so there is always a healthy option in front of me. Plus, tons of water and I am off of soda. I
still drink a non-fat Latte every day, but I need my caffeine. It's all about the little changes. I am also a snacker in the evening, so not having anything unhealthy in the house is key. That is where the grapes and occasional popcorn come in.
Do you go to a gym? In the beginning it is all about just moving. Walking on the treadmill or doing the elliptical and slowly building up to incline walking and harder and faster levels. If you want advice on this and diet, I have
