Joe likes to kinda "tease" me as to when we're getting engaged.  I think he does it to goof around, but geez!  Teasing a woman about possibly getting her engagement ring is just straight up cruel!  He knows I want it to happen within the next year-year and a half.  
And now he's been hinting at some kind of surprise, but he won't give me any clues!  Like he's planning something, but it has to wait until something else happens.  And he won't tell me what that something else is!  I'm the kind of person, and Joe knows this, if you tell me you're surprising me with something, I'm going to bug you for clues!  You can't tell me you're planning something!  Keep me in the dark!

I'm trying to decide if he's going to surprise me with my promise or engagement ring.  Either way I'd be happy, but still!  It's killing me!


*sigh*  Anyways...does your future fiance tease you about the ring and when you "might" get it?

Um every day. He's had it since July. It's awful. You are DEFINITELY not alone. 

yeah, Sean was like "guess what i did today" (with a huuuuggeeee smile on his face) then he told me he was ring shopping online! it's like why tell me, when i am going to have to wait a freaking year! ughhh....

and this one time, he kneeled down on the train and was like "doesn't it look like im about to propose?" then proceeded to fix his pant leg!

he gets a sick joy in watching my face light up, just to be let down....ohh boys!
