I posted this about the "old clothes" topic, too....we are saving ours for a children's consignment that happens 2x a year. There are others in our area that happen 1x or 2x depending on the organization that runs it. You (the consignor) work 2
days (it's open for 2 weeks) and they get roughly 8% of the profits. You can sell almost anything from pregnancy to 12 years old in size/function, but it's mostly catered to infants to 5 years old. There are GREAT deals on good quality stuff, yet
the consignor can sell their stuff for a decent price. Each consignment is REALLY popular among moms all over the northern state (we're in Alabama), yet I never knew about these kinds of consignments until I was pregnant. Maybe try searching the web
for something like this in your area??
