I got some knitting looms and LOVE......

This is my FIRST ever project using these - I used the infant/baby one.

It's so teeny tiny!!  I love it!!!

Congrats!  I was given a set of looms and I find them very time consuming.  I'm much faster with a crochet hook or knitting needles.  I guess I just don't have the patience.

Thanks and after I figured out (finding a crochet hat pattern with pics) crocheting a hat, I like that MUCH better.  I will probably set the looms aside.  You are right though, it is very time consuming.  The hat came out pretty loose as well, which I was not real pleased with.

LOL - thanks.  I hate to say it, but I'm over them now.  I like my crocheting MUCH better, so I think I will placing them on Yardsellr or Ebay over the weekend.  I just can't get into the knitting part of crafting.  LOL

Becca, knitting is as different from a loom as crochet.  I taught a co-worker and FI to knit.  It's not all that difficult when you give it a try.

I did actual knit when my mom was alive, but I really don't have that much interest in it anymore.  I love crocheting and also cross-stitching.  Those are my favs.
