I think it was in 'Nutrition for a Healthy Pregnancy' that I read it is recommended to have a glass of orange juice (made from concentrate) every morning. Anyone else heard of this?
I'm assuming it has to do with the folate/folic acid, but if I'm taking prenatals and foods that contain it should I try to incorporate the fruit juice? I just don't drink a ton of fruit juice - I'll either make a smoothie or eat raw
fruit, and 90% of the time I'm drinking water (the other times it is usually milk).
