Where does one get this stuff? Can you get it at a GNC, or do you have to order it?

I think i'm going to go on this i need help! i'm excited!

Did anybody check with their doctor first and what did they say about it if you did? My doctor has always said no to any diet pill till I asked about Alli, and I've had good results with it so far. Started taking it in March or April started working out 4 days a week at the gym  two dumbell routines day 1/ day 2 type thing, don't eat lunch those days just a Mocha coffee,  and I've lost 28 lbs. since November with another 13 to go....only 44 more days to THEE day so I'll settle for another 8!

I have changed my breakfast habits as I've been on a plateau for what seems like forever. I'm doing cardio more(i might sign up for a 10k back home for a boost) and i need to work on my belly area.

Sonya, I did alli but I felt like i had to go all the time.

So i've been taking these for a month and I work out 6 days a week and I am really not losing much weight. Probably no more than I could have with out. So far I lost 2-3 lbs..which is disappointing. I stopped taking these. We'll see how I do without them.
