My parents celebrate there 38th wedding anniversary today!! I know people are staying married less now, so lets celebrate those who have made it through and are great examples for us on PW!! Give a shout out to your parents, grandparents, etc that have stood the test of time!! GO!

That is absolutely wonderful!

Did they have a big party for their 25th?

Are you planning something for their 40th?

Or are you waiting for their 50th?

My grandparent's were married 64 years when they both passed away 2 weeks apart. He was 94 She was 84

AWWW..... 64 years is amazing!!!

We had a big 25th for them and we'll probably do a party for the 40th, but not too big cause I want to do a huge 50th!

Might I suggest a romantic weekend away for their 40th

This year I would say taking them to dinner would be really nice.

I should state my parents have been married 39, but I am sure you understand my familial history.

Happy anniversary to your parents! Unfortunately there has been quite a bit of divorce in my family, but I can say that when DH and I celebrate our first anniversary, my grandparents will celebrate their 23rd anniversary.

Ahh congrats to your parents.

2 weeks after my wedding my sister & BIL will celebrate their 25th anniversary!! I like the idea of a joint 25th & 50th party in 25 years!! Lol
