thought it would be so cool to practice!
Well DH doesn't think it's as cool as I do, lol. So my college room mate whom I've turned into a new yogi and I are considering taking a partner yoga class together. I'm comfortable with my friend, I just wish it wasn't labeled a valentines day

was really fun hanging upside down and getting twisted around in the air!
The important things to remember is that you need to trust your partner and trust yourself - it makes it so much easier to get into positions properly and safely.
