Any recommendations for cheap/reliable party rental companies? Preferrably in LA/South Bay/Valley areas.

AAA Rental is the cheapest I've worked with.  Classic and Pico Party Rentals are on the inexpensive side too.

kristeen: Do you know if they rent out chandeliers by chance?  Preferably black ones! =)

I'm not sure if they do.  I sent them an email.
