Peacock or Other

So this is my dress...

I originally wanted to do peacock colors/jewel tones but recently I've been playing with the idea of black/white/green/and yellow. Thoughts? I'm getting married in July if that helps.

Love your dress!  It's gorgeous!  I think it would nicely compliment a peacock theme...but if you're having doubts...I know the peacock theme is a REALLY popular one right now...

I think you could go either way.  What type of feel are you going for at your wedding and reception?  The black, white, green, and yellow are very summery and fresh.  I could see those colors being great for an outdoor wedding.  Personally, I like jewel tones and am using them for my wedding.  I think they would work well for a summer wedding.  Do you have your BM dresses or any other details picked?  I settled on my colors after I figured out a few of my key details.

first off i LOVE your dress.  it is soultry, with a little kick of something something with the frill at the bottom.  i think you can totally pull of whatever you want to have!

i adore your inspiratin board in your bio!  that room is fabulous.  i really think either one will be great though.

i guess i'm not much help.  maybe when you start to pick out bm dresses and stuff you will get more of a feel what you want

I know I want black bridesmaid dresses and my wedding is inside but pictures will be outside.  The hall has a lot of gold accents. 

when i look at that room, i really can see how the feathers and jewel tones would really look beautiful.  the room seems like a room in a castle almost, and the colors (especially the purple) would really be a nice accent in that room.  it would look almost royal.

either way both can be pulled off in that room.  you could just do white and white and the room would look unbelievable.  it really is deciding what YOU want.

i think you could do either but...i do really like the peacock jewel tones a little more.  :)

I think either would be great! My personal opinion would be to stick with the peacock jewel tones, they're so PRETTY! Remember to pick what YOU WANT, though! :)
