i just bought pearl drop earrings: http://www.tiffany.com/Shopping/Item.aspx?sku=22412221&mcat=148204&cid=288158&search_params=s+5-p+9-c+288158-r+101287464+0-x+-n+6-ri+-ni+0-t+

would a diamond tennis bracelet (that im would borrow from my sis-in-law) go with it or should i do pearls with pearls or diamonds (or CZ) with diamonds?

First of all, what a stunning dress!

Second - I think pearls and diamonds look great together, and are a very classic combination. I'm actually going to be wearing diamond drop earrings with a three-strand pearl bracelet with diamond dividers.

Yes, I agree with JD. I think pearls and diamonds will look fine! Sometimes is better if everything doesn't match.
