Anyone in LA recommend a great dramatic photographer? Preferably affordable under $2000 :)

We almost went with David Kam but he was a little too dramatic for us.  He's not really a "wedding photographer" persay, but for untraditional, he's the way to go.  We wanted a little more classic....he doesn't have much of weddings on his website, but when talking to him, he had much more he sent in an email!

Here is my personal take on David Kam the photographer.

I LOVED his pics and My god his prices are amazingly low. He seems a lot like me in his approach he can deffinitely do Traditional pictures just show him what you like and he will get that. He is a fine art photog and is amazing. I have been researching him. He will be THAT guy everyone wishes did their work.

Get a photographer while they are up and coming because they are the most bendable. Trust me he would be more fun for you and your guests than that stuffy old guy who barks orders.

Worked with a few of those and their pictures are nothing special nothing unique and will charge you a lot for them. One of my dear friends is one of THOSE stuffy photogs and another is fun and exciting and is artistic. I had a choice of both for our wedding I went with Amy Grant because I know she can get the required shots and some shots that will be to drool over.

That is my 2 cents!

We ended up going with a friend of mine who is a student and she's giving us an even better deal.  I'm really excited about it, but he was deff our number one, up intil I talked to her! I would really consider checking him out to anyone in the LA area.  Photographers can be even more expensive in a place like this and he's an amazing deal!

He seems totally awesome! Sometimes the up and comers are the best!
