I've been at 162-165 since last winter and HAVE NOT BUDGED I eat healthy and work out a lot but the scale wiil not move. I have a Dr. appt. tomorrow and I'm going to ask about chagning bc I think it's making my weight stick there I used to hover
between 137-143 and not lng after I got on bc I gained almost 20lbs quickly.
I am there right now. I have been doing weight watchers and running/walking at varying inclines and speeds everyday for the last two months or so. I have lost 14 lbs but now I am stuck. It is soooo frustrating!
I had been feeling really good because I was fitting into jeans that I hadn't worn in quite a while, but then I saw a picture of myself that my FMIL had taken within the past week and I thought YUCK-I need to keep working at it!!! But it
is really hard to when you are trying your hardest and you don't lose anything.
