have any of you girls come accross nice ones?? I'm still debating weather or not to do this. My grandmother already bought a guest book, plain white...BLAH!!! She knew I didn't want one like that, but bought it anyway. I'm thinking about having the polariod one and the BLAH one lol.

I don't remember the company that makes them- BUT I found the add in the back of a bridal magazine...  You just slipped the picture in.

You could even just get a regular album and have them tape them on (using double sided tape) Like how a photobooth works- then your not limited to how many pictures per page like the polaroid albums, you know?

- HMM :)

that sounds cool! but keep in mind that polarioids are either extinct or about to become extinct. The film already was costly and now that they're becoming extinct, the price for it will skyrocket!

My friend did that for his wedding 2 years ago - I would ask him where he got but he is driving cross country after completing a year in the Americorps!!

I think his was just a big scrapbook looking album and they glued the pictures to the page. (i think!)

Just went to a wedding where the couple used a polaroid guestbook - the guestbook was the one where you just slipped in the polaroid on each page (super cute!).  However, the groom had told us that it was really difficult to find the polaroid film, which turned out to be suuuper expensive.

That's the exact kind that I'm thinking about HMM!! Oh and about the film being costly, I'm going to have attendants that take the pics for people, hopefully we can get 2 people per pic. And the page is big enough for more than 2 people to sign. THanks girls

Jess143 - we did this for our wedding and loved it! i used a kolo book (http://www.kolo.com/) We got the book at aaron brothers and used a 40% off coupon. i added photo corners on each page of the book before the wedding so our guests could easily place their picture in the book.

i got film at staples and bought the camera at walgreens. it was one of the last ones that they had. we bought the polaroid film that is easy to scan as i have heard that polaroids can start to fade.

our guests loved it! HTH!!!

like WM said...be sure to stock up now, because they've already stopped production on cameras and film...so whatever stock retailers have out there now is it!
