So far it has been Chicken Tortellini Soup. No pics but I will be making it again in the next few weeks and I will update this.
Leftover chix from our roasted chicken,
1 1/2 cans of chix broth
1/2 cup of water.
Garlic, Salt, pepper to taste
2 Tb spoons of Italian seasoning
2 cans of diced Fire roasted tomatoes
1 small onion diced
1 package Whole Wheat Tortellini's (Whole Foods or Trader Joes)
Mix all ingredients except tortellini's in crockpot. Let that cook on low for 7hrs and throw in the tortellinis the last hour. I also sprinkled Organic Valley reduced fat monterey cheese over top of it for an extra added yum.
