Covers tucked in or untucked: untucked, I get hot at night and often kick the covers off.

Sleep with just a sheet or with blankets and sheets: Both

Cuddle or don't touch me: DO NOT TOUCH ME!!! I hate being touched when I'm sleeping. Although FI does occassioanlly run my back before we fall asleep which is fine, anything else wakes me up. He can't sleep unless I throw my right leg over his lower back and soon as he's asleep I move it.  

Wrapped in blankets or have a limb out: A little of both

Have to sleep while Hot or Cold: Warm
