Where do you live (city/state)? Las Vegas, Nevada How long have you lived there? I have been here for 6 months What's fun to do there? Oh man. Where to start? There are plenty of things to do on the strip, but I love hiking at Red Rock Canyon, and heading to the local dog park with my little furry monster. Is it expensive? To live here. No. To have fun on a weekend. Yes. There are free things to do in Vegas, but when you spend money there are plenty of things new and exciting to see and do (ie: shows, shopping, dining). Family Friendly? I don't think so. I think there isn't enough museums and good stable life and culture to raise a family. Do you love it? The fact that you get an awesomely beautiful house/apartment for a good price, I love that. But the fact that there is nothing of substance to do or see (I love museums and theme parks ---California) I do no love. Post a pic of your city if you'd like:

depends on what you're into.
Is it expensive? Ugh Yes! Family Friendly? L.A. is so big, so it really depends

Where do you live (city/state)? I live in warrnambool, Victoria, Australia How long have you lived there? I have lived here for about 5 years although we did move away for a year What's fun to do there? Loads of fun stuff to do here specially in summer when the carnival comes to town for the entire month! Is it expensive? nah its pretty cheap but we do have to pay for parking which is stupid haha Family Friendly? VERY! alot of stuff around this town is family friendly! Do you love it? Where do you live (city/state)? Austin, Texas baby! How long have you lived there? Going on 6 years now What's fun to do there? EVERYTHING- hike and bike trails, live music alll the time, dance halls and honky tonks, awesome shopping, amazing local stores Is it expensive? Kind of, but I'm a grad student and I can afford it Family Friendly? Definitely, Austin was named one of the top 10 cities to live in in the country! Do you love it? I do! Over 3 years What's fun to do there?Not much in Everett...but TONS in Seattle Is it expensive? Heck yeah! Where do you live (city/state)? Bayside, NY (It's a suburban section of Queens) How long have you lived there? Since I was 3 years old. We moved into a 2 family house when I was 3 and then moved into our own home when I was 8. :) Still live in the house from when I was 8. What's fun to do there? There's plenty of shopping! Lots of boutiques and regular chain stores. There's hair/nail salons too. There's a lot of restaurants, casual or dressy, ranging in different diverse cuisines. There's nightlife too, which has become great for my as I've gotten older. If I don't want to go into the city I can stay right in town and go to a bar or lounge. There's cafes too which is nice! I love that everything I want/need is right in town. Also, we're super close to the city which is convenient. Is it expensive? It is extremely overpriced. It's listed as one of the most expensive housing markets. We're so close to NYC so prices are inflated around here. The school system is great and it's really safe so it's an ideal place to live if you want to be close to the city but not in it. Family Friendly? Yep. Most of our neighbors are other families. It was fun when I was little because there was always someone to play with. Do you love it? I do! It's home to me. Post a pic of your city if you'd like: This is a typical street...
