i can only O when i'm on top it take awhile and foreplay is needed otherwise we use toys or oral. he makes sure i go evertime no matter what hes stubborn:)

The only time I've ever O'd for anybody but myself was with DH when he uses his hand on me. I have never and cannot have it during sex, which is very frustrating for us both.

Usually I don't O from penatration only, but if we are trying something new, usually that does it for me.  I am also someone who needs foreplay - it pays off for both of us if we take our time getting fired up.
