How early or late did you all start potty training and when where your babies fully potty trained (for the most part)

I bought alexis a toilet for her 1st bday, right now its just chillin in the bathroom (shes 15 months) I would guess she'll start somewhere around her second birthday? If she starts sooner that would be great too 

Night time took longer, but they were pretty much done by age 2. Every kid is different, but I think you can start the idea when they're 1ish. My brother was potty trained before he was 1, so anything is possible.

We were thinking of starting about two, but it depends when she's ready - i.e. if she starts telling me when she's needs a wee or something we'll start then.

We waited u til our boys were ready, they occasionally used it from about 18 months but the week before their 3rd birthday they both asked for 'big boy' underwear and have been dry ever since, only 1 nighttime accident too, and they'll be 4 in July.
We've followed their lead on everything and they've done it all without any stress, my friend had to go back to work so pushed her little fella to all the milestones and has had so many tears and tantrums, it's such a shame
