For those of you who haven't read round 1, here is the link

I decided to give the seller a second chance and see what she could produce.
Just to jog everyone's memory, this is what I wanted
but in chocolate, cream and pink
this is what I got
This is her second, third and fourth attempts (can you hear me crying in the background?)
After being confronted with these monstrosities (sp?) I plucked up the courage and asked for my money back as they weren't anything like what I wanted.
The seller then informs me that she doesn't do money back but she would give me a store credit to the value of $75 as I paid her $190 and she used $115 in making these and I don't want them.... WHAT?! I can't believe she expects me to accept
that! And then she goes on to say that I haven't given her much of a description of what I want... I sent her a bloomin picture!!! I want it like that, and that's the end of the story!
Ugh! She wants to work it out so that I'm happy but her quality of work is way below standard, I could create something better than that!
I dunno anymore, at this stage it feels like I should just forget it and walk away, but it was $190! That's a nice pair of shoes!
I'm so gutted :(
EDITED TO REMOVE PICTURES AT SELLERS REQUEST. THIS HAS BEEN DONE TO REMOVE ANY FURTHER SOURCE OF CONFLICT.
