Problem with Etsy seller round 2

@ dani....I do know a fair amount of pediatricians that use steth. cover's however, did you see the quality on that thing?  I think I may have made that in kindergarten.  I'm obsesseddddddddddddddddddddddddddd with this seller.

You might be in trouble with getting your money back.  If you would have read her shop policies, it says she doesn't do cash refunds.  But at the same time, she kind of contradicts herself by saying she will do full or partial refunds if she feels she was wrong.

Regardless of her shop policy, in Australia it is illegal to refuse returns within 30 days if the item is unused and undamaged.

I don't know what it's like in the US, but over here you are not required to pay for something that doesn't meet your requirements. Say you ordered some tiles for your outdoor area and the seller insists they'll be perfect for what you want and when they arrive it turns out they were gloss tiles that you wouldn't be able to walk on if they got wet. You wouldn't be required to purchase them as they weren't what you asked for.

Same thing with the clutches, I shouldn't have to pay for something that I can't use. They look terrible!

I agree that you shouldn't have to pay for something that is not what you asked for.  I would keep fighting for your money back.

Seriously!!!  You agreed to her policies under the impression that her work would be quality!  It wasn't, so as far as I'm concerned she needs to refund that money ASAP.  She shouldn't even be doing business on etsy...could she have REALLY thought those looked good when she sent them to you???  This is really making me mad!!!  Have you heard anything back from etsy?

On a side note, another seller to stay WAY the h*ll away from is moonfaces...I had no end of trouble with her---horrible quality/false advertising/scary and confrontational/liar.  Ugh!
