Has anyone else had crazy proposal or ring dreams? I've had sooo many dreams about this day. A few where the ring is absolutely horrid, the most recent dream the ring was already tarnished and falling apart. I've had other dreams where he keeps teasing me and hands me a box but it's something else inside and he does this 4 or 5 times until I get pissed and tell him he ruined it and I don't even want the real thing anymore. I feel like the one where he kept handing me boxes but the ring wasn't inside relates to him always telling me "it will happen soon" but it never happens when I expect it too. Another dream I had he just left the box on a table with a note will you marry me but he wasn't even home. When he did get home he had nothing sentimental to say...he was just like "so did you get the ring i left?" lol. The only nice dream I ever had was last year when he proposed in the woods and I remember leaves being on the ground so I kept thinking it was going to happen this past fall or winter.

We want to go away 4th of July weekend and if he doesn't do it before then or the first day of our mini getaway I'm going to be so anxious the whole time. This is why I hate trips lately because it's all I think about instead of just enjoying my time away.

I hate that this whole thing consumes my thoughts and even subconscious.

I'm with you girls! I have these ridiculous dreams all the time. In the latest one, he proposed in front of both our families, with a dollar store ring! And I was all ticked off, 'cause I've told him that I would prefer he asked me when it was just the two of us, and he knows what kind of rings I like and they're definitely not from the dollar store! lol It doesn't help that he says it's coming soon, but so far it hasn't happened, and since he can't find a long-term job (stupid economy), i'm pretty sure he doesn't have any money to spare right now. Oh, and the other day, his brother told me that he's going to start hinting that he needs to ask me sometime soon. lol
