I am going for a darker yet bright purple and I have been finding a lot of the purples look blue, when a picture is taken.

I also like dresses that are the same fabric, but different style (halter, strapless, etc) to suit the body type of each bridesmaid.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

We chose our dresses from David's Bridal.  Two of my bridesmaids picked the same dress but you can definitely tell it's purple and that it's the same color purple between the two styles.  The color was called Sangria.

I chose eggplant from Alfred Angelo and it was a great color.
